L'azienda gode di un'ampia vista sulla Val di Chiana, sui laghi di Chiusi e Montepulciano nonché sul centro storico di Chianciano Terme.
Ospitalità: in appartamenti. Servizi: piscina, noleggio mountain bike, attività ricreative e culturali, trekking e passeggiate lungo sentieri segnalati del vicino bosco con cartellonistica relativa alle diverse specie di piante autoctone presenti. Lungo il percorso area di sosta e pic-nic attrezzata con barbecue.
Prodotti: olio extravergine di oliva, miele, frutta.
Come Arrivare: A1, uscita Chiusi-Chianciano T.; dirigersi verso Chianciano-centro storico, all'ultimo quadrivio, prima della porta Rivellini, girare a sinistra per S.P. della Chiana. A soli 800 m. si imbocca a sinistra la stradina dell'azienda.
